There is a killer chip. It locks out and stops you printing. You must replace it each time you refill to reset the cartridge and restore full functionality.

Specific instructions included - it fits in place of the original chip on the chip holder at the side of the cartridge. It is the extra high capacity chip but it is also compatible with the Starter Cartridge or standard capacity cartridge - it converts them to extra high capacity.

Please note you also need the correct toner powder for use with this model. These are the chips only but toner bottles are available at TonerTopUp. The cartridge must be full of toner when you install the new chip or it will be useless.
