1. UK Orders

Carriage and handling is by Royal Mail first or second class post. If you require guaranteed next day delivery or your order to be insured for more than £20, Special Delivery and First Class Signed For are available as optional extras.

For orders sent by First Class mail goods should arrive the day after despatch. Although 90%+ of first class packages reach their destination the day after posting this is not guaranteed. For chip orders sent by Second Class mail the expected delivery time is two to three working days, but this is not guaranteed. If you wish to be certain to receive your order the next day and for insurance above £20 value, a Special Delivery service is available. We also offer First Class Signed For service to increase the insurance to £50 value at a minimal extra cost.

In the case of loss (non arrival after ten working days) or damage, if carriage was by first class, first class signed for or second class mail we will claim for the missing packet with Royal Mail. This can take up to three months or more. When we successfully receive the compensation we will refund you up to the maximum payable by Royal Mail for the service you choose. This is £20 for first and second class mail, and £50 for first class signed for. If you choose Special Delivery when we receive the compensation we will refund you the entire value of the goods up to £1000.

Orders placed before 3:30pm will normally go out the same day by post, unless there is a stock problem and we advise you otherwise (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).

2. EEC Countries

Carriage is by recorded International Tracked or Signed For airmail (depending on country). Goods should arrive between 2 and 5 working days after dispatch. We normally insure the goods up to their full value. In the case of loss or damage we will refund the compensation we receive from the insurance. For small orders less than £20 value we also offer the International Standard service at lower cost. Packages may be delayed at customs, and sales tax or import duty may be charged on arrival.

3. Non EEC Countries

Carriage is by recorded International Tracked or Signed For airmail, and goods should arrive between 5 and 9 working days after despatch. We normally insure the goods up to their full value. In the case of loss or damage we will refund the compensation we receive from the insurance. For small orders less than £20 value we also offer the International Standard service at lower cost. Packages may be delayed at customs, and sales tax or import duty may be charged on arrival.
