The print quality is usually still good when the drum reaches the end of its 20,000 page rated life. You can replace the chip and use it again. The drum unit locks out when the page limit is reached.

We send specific instructions for fitting - it simply fits in place of the original one in the chip holder on the side of the drum unit.
